Yad Hidayat

Yad holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Sulaimani and began working in academia in 2021. He started as an Assistant Instructor at the University of Sulaimani and later joined the Catholic University in Erbil, focusing on admissions and student affairs. He also has extensive experience in translation between Kurdish and English and has worked as a simultaneous interpreter for UK asylum seekers. Yad is passionate about education and sees KAAE’s mission as a new step for the Kurdistan Region. He believes that both he and the region’s education system will grow through the involvement of international and local experts.
