The Kurdistan Accrediting Association for Education (KAAE) delivers two Education Effectiveness seminars focused on Mission and Governance, aligned with Standards 1 and 2 of the KAAE Accreditation Framework. The sessions take place on November 3 and November 5, 2025, and are presented by Dr. Lee Bash, Board Member of KAAE.
The first seminar is hosted by Salahaddin University-Erbil at the Cultural Center’s Main Hall, followed by a second session at the University of Sulaimani’s Research Center Building. Both events bring together academic leaders, faculty, and administrators to deepen their understanding of how institutional mission, governance structures, and strategic direction influence accreditation readiness and continuous improvement.
Participants engage in structured discussions on defining a clear mission, strengthening governance systems, and ensuring alignment between institutional goals and accreditation expectations. These seminars reflect KAAE’s ongoing effort to build capacity across the higher education sector and support institutions as they prepare for future accreditation processes.
