Dr. Lara Nabil Abdallah has a PHD in Science Education from British University of Dubai associated with University of Glasgow in UK, a master’s degree in education-Management Leadership Policy from British University in Dubai, and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics (Statistics) from the Lebanese University.
She has earned NPQH Diploma from UCL, IB Leadership Diploma from Western University, IBDP Administration Certificate (Cat.3), and Leaders of Learning certificate from Harvard University. With more than 20 years of experience as an education consultant, trainer, and academic director, head of curriculum and school principal in a wide range of schools, she led initiatives that strengthened instructional quality, enhanced school culture, and improved organizational effectiveness.
Dr Lara is a certified school Inspector by Tribal and a certified inspector level 1 by Penta International BSO who has conducted many school review visits in GCC, Middle East, and Europe. She is a certified NEASC accreditation Chair whereby she led many accreditation visits for international schools located in Asia and Africa.
Dr. Lara is recognized for her deep expertise in strategic governance, policy development, and organizational transformation. She has worked closely with educators and policymakers across multidisciplinary environments where she led high-performing teams, strengthened regulatory frameworks, and championed initiatives to strengthen teaching quality, school leadership, and student outcomes.
